How is this different from standard plans?
The platform is the same. With a standard plan, your team runs the program. With Managed, our team prepares strategy, content and campaigns with you. The price shown already includes the platform; you don’t add another plan.

Share your goals and brand materials, approve the monthly plan and let us know if you want to change a send. We share campaigns 48 hours in advance; unless you request changes, they go out as agreed.
What isn’t included?
Original photography and graphics are not included. External provider charges, custom integrations and priority support agreements are separate.
How do payments and communications work?
On the console, choose three months at the monthly rate, one year paid upfront, or a 12-month commitment with the last two months free. Shopify Managed subscriptions use private monthly or annual plans.
Each message to one person counts as one communication. We notify you at 80% of your allowance; at 100%, messages pause until reset. Sends due during the pause are skipped. Automatic pass updates don’t use communications.
